Choc Sea Salt Protein Mug Cake


  • 1 scoop Protein Switch Choc Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Chocolate Chips (optional)

  1. Combine Chocolate Chips and Coconut Oil in a large microwave safe dish/mug and heat for 20 second increments until melted. Stir to combine.
  2. Add the PROTEIN Switch, Flour, Water and Baking Soda into the chocolate mixture. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  3. Add the Egg to the chocolate mixture and stir well.
  4. Heat in the microwave until the cake is cooked through, approx. 1 and a half minutes. Sprinkle with Chocolate Chips if desired.
