- Combine Chocolate Chips and Coconut Oil in a large microwave safe dish/mug and heat for 20 second increments until melted. Stir to combine.
- Add the PROTEIN Switch, Flour, Water and Baking Soda into the chocolate mixture. Stir until thoroughly combined.
- Add the Egg to the chocolate mixture and stir well.
- Heat in the microwave until the cake is cooked through, approx. 1 and a half minutes. Sprinkle with Chocolate Chips if desired.
