Mocha. Overnights Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 sachet Coffee Switch – Naked Espresso (in 1/4 cup water, cooled)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp toasted chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 serve Protein Switch Chocolate Sea Salt

Method
- Combine oats, milk, brewed coffee, maple syrup, chia seeds and cocoa powder in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with walnuts and cacao nibs before serving
