Hey everyone, I’m Shack.
Being a full-time coach and training across all disciplines can be tough on both the body and the mind. I hit a point where I knew I had to start looking after my body properly. That meant dialing in my recovery and muscle growth with supplements I actually trust and use every day.
Right now, I’m training for both a half and full Ironman as my main goals. Along the way, I’ll also be taking on a half marathon and a full marathon.
