RECIPE - TIRAMISU OVERNIGHT OATS

TIRAMISU OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup Greek Yoghurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup oat milk or milk of choice

Vanilla coconut yoghurt to serve

Nut butter of choice to serve

1 scoop Protein Switch – Chocolate Sea Salt

1 sachet Coffee Switch - Naked Espresso

METHOD

  1. Combine the oats with a sachet of the naked espresso, protein, yoghurt, chia seeds and milk in a large jar stirring to combine, place into the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, mix the second sachet with 1/4 cup warm water and allow to cool.
  3. Layer oats with coconut yoghurt and nut butter, pour a little of the extra coffee on top and serve!
