- Mix all the wet ingredients (except the yoghurt) together (saving a dash of the coffee to mix with the yoghurt for a delicious drizzle)
- Soak bread in the mixture until absorbed
- Cook on a medium-high heat in a non-stick pan and flip once golden on the first side
- Mix the remaining coffee with the yoghurt to make a tiramisu crème
- To serve: Drizzle with tiramisu crème and banana!
