WARNINGS: Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant or during lactation. The maximum recommended daily dose of this medicine must not exceed 500 mg of nicotinamide mononucleotide. The recommended duration of use for a medicine containing nicotinamide mononucleotide must be 12 weeks or less. Nutrients can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. I have been taking these for about 4 weeks now and have really noticed an improved clarity and focus. Too early to say how this supplement will help with the other potential benefits but based on the reading of I have done on research available I am hopeful this will be a worthwhile addition to my regime.
