Which Protein Supplement Is Right For Your Goals?

I'm gonna help you find the best protein for your goals. But before I get to the goal specific stuff, let's walk our way through these four different proteins in front of me, starting with WPI 95.
So this is a hydrolysed whey protein isolate, which means it's in the fastest form possible. It's the quickest absorbing or digesting protein available. Plus we've added in Digizyme™. Digizyme™ is a digestive enzyme blend that has been shown to enhance the absorption of the protein and reduce delayed onset muscle soreness. So WPI 95 is the perfect protein around training, because it's rapidly absorbed.
Then we get into the PROTEIN SWITCH. This is our original protein. It's a plant protein, but it goes way beyond other plant proteins in the market. One, we don't use any rice protein, so there's no grittiness and no heavy metals. Two, with addedout a Digezime ™ so it's going to digest it and enhance the absorption better and reduce the delayed onset muscle soreness the same as WPI. However, plant protein is slower to digest and requires more energy for the digestion. So it's going to help boost your metabolism and keep you satiated, or full, for longer. So that's great for protein pancakes or smoothies or throughout the day. Now this plant protein consists of five different plant source proteins. We've done that intentionally because we wanted to get the best amino acid profile for humans. A whey protein has a PCDAAS score of one, and that's the highest score you can get. That PCDAAS stands for Protein Corrected Digestibility Amino Acid score. It's a way of categorizing a protein and scoring it to be best or worst. One is the highest. WPI has that. To get a 1 out of a plant protein we need to combine five different plant proteins to get that score and that's exactly what we did! Watermelon seed, pumpkin seed, hemp, pea and algae combined together to get the best amino acid profile for you. And it's satiating, filling, slower digesting, great during the day.
Now we're getting into the realm of connective tissue recovery, anti-aging, hair, skin nails. This is collagen peptides sourced from bovine and Marine. We use marine collagen, exclusively caught wild caught off the coast of New Zealand from snapper and grass fed bovine from Germany. The best quality collagen you can buy. Plus it gives us type 1, 2 and 3 hydrolysed collagen peptides, which is super important that makes up over 95% of the collagen of the human body. Now we've actually added Tryptophan because collagen is naturally missing one of the essential amino acids Tryptophan. So to make sure that this protein is complete along with the other four products, we've actually had to add the Tryptophan back in, we've also added Digizyme ™ to enhance the digestion and absorption.
Although it's already in hydrolysed peptides, helping adding that Digizyme ™ will improve the overall absorption and reduce that muscle soreness or delayed onset muscle soreness. Collagen is generally used for anti-aging. As I said earlier, hair, skin, nails, gut, connective tissue recovery. So injury, recovery, or injury prevention. I use collagen twice a day.
I have a mix of plant and amino acids depending on my workout days or non-workout days, amino acids. So amino acids make up protein, the all, all protein, whether it's chicken, fish, tofu, nuts, seeds, legumes, dairy, plant or collagen. It's made up of amino acids and we've taken those amino acids individually. We've got all nine essential amino acids. These are the nine you must get from a supplement or from food. And we've created a product that has the nine in the perfect ratio to help repair muscle. So this is a great product to have during training or immediately after, because it's faster absorbed than even hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate.
So AMINO SWITCH or amino acids, essential amino acids is the fastest way for recovery. We've also added in electrolytes, B vitamins, vitamin C, and schisandra chinensis. Schisandra chinensis plays a really critical role as it allows your body to recover faster and into that rest digest, recover repair state quicker. Schisandra chinensis also increases nitric oxide. And enhances the blood to the muscles. It also improves adrenal receptor sensitivity. So you will respond to your pre-workout better using AMINO SWITCH during your workout, or you'll just have more energy because you're producing adrenaline naturally. So this product is intra-workout or immediately after exercise one serving of AMINO SWITCH is equivalent to 30 grams of whey protein isolate, but it's much lower in calories.
So this is the fastest way to recover. Use it during your workout, or immediately after to restore electrolytes, B vitamins, it's got everything you need for that recovery process.
How do you decide which is right for you?
If you want fast acting protein after your workout, and you like the chocolate, peanut brittle, vanilla kind of flavours, or you want to make a smoothie; head to WPI 95, it's the fastest smoothie like or protein shake product that you're gonna find and it's the most absorbable product.
If you want something during the day for satiation, hunger control, boosting metabolism, maybe just to try and get your protein needs up, whether you're vegan or not, go for a plant protein, slower digesting, boosting metabolism, keep you feeling full.
If you need something for anti-aging or you want to help support your immune system, maybe you want connective tissue recovery. Maybe you've just had a tattoo or surgery and you need to help your body recover and Repair that connective tissue, collagen is a must have. You can add it in too, you don't have to have one or the other. You might find that you're having all three or four.
