Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Switch  
  • 1 serve of Coffee Switch 
  • 1 scoop of Keto Switch Chocolate 
  • 1 scoop of Vitality Switch Chocolate 
  • Spinich 
  • 1 Banana 
  • 1 tbs of peanut butter 
  • Milk of your choice
  • Ice
