Vanilla Bean Protein Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Protein Switch Vanilla Bean
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flourå
- 1 Egg (large)
- ¼ cup Coconut/Almond Milk
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
Optional:
1 tsp Chocolate Chips

Method
- Grease a microwave safe bowl with cooking spread and add PROTEIN Switch, Baking Powder, Coconut Flour and mix well.
- Add the Egg and mix into the dry mixture. Add the Milk of choice and Vanilla Extract.
- Top with Chocolate chips and microwave for 60 seconds, or until cooked in the centre.
