Upon rising

Hydrate Switch: Electrolytes & Hydration.
This is my non-negotiable first thing in the morning before I train or go for a run. Being dehydrated and low in crucial electrolytes can have a significant impact on both my mental and physical performance. I also use it again at about 2 PM for that caffeine-free energy boost.

I take Tongkat Ali every day to help support my testosterone levels, boost my strength, and keep my training intensity high. With the volume and demand of Hyrox prep, I rely on it to help me stay strong, focused, and ready to back up big sessions day after day.

Sea Moss – Daily Recovery & Immunity Boost

I use Sea Moss daily to support my immune system, keep my joints healthy, and speed up my recovery. When you're training hard for something like Hyrox Worlds, staying healthy and bouncing back quickly is key – and Sea Moss plays a big role in helping me do that.

Around my training sessions

Night time recovery
