HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Guess what!?! Shipping is FREE for all orders $100.00 or over within Australia!

Orders below $100.00 are charged a flat delivery rate of $10.00 Australia wide.

If you need your products super-fast Express Post is also available for an extra cost calculated at Checkout.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Yay! Your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. 

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your Australia Post tracking number. Typical transit times for regular delivery are 3 - 7 business days.

WHAT ABOUT LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS?

If your order is lost or damaged in transit (oh no!), please email us at support@switchnutrition.com.au or use the Contact Us form and our Customer Service team will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Please be make sure that the NAME and shipping ADDRESS specified on your order is correct. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost items if this information was entered incorrectly. 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes we do! International shipping rates will be calculated at Checkout and delivery times vary from 2 - 5 weeks depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please be aware that any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding these fees.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We truly believe you'll LOVE your Switch products! However, if for any reason, you're unsatisfied with your purchase please email us at support@switchnutrition.com.au within 30 days to see if you qualify for a return.

Please choose carefully as you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange.

If you receive an incorrect item with your order (sorry!) let us know immediately so we can fix it.
