Baked Brownie Oatmeal (Vegan)
The ultimate chocolate brownie! No side of guilt!
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- ½ cup maple syrup
- â…“ cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup cacao
- 4 scoops choc Protein Switch
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- Pinch salt
- â…“ cup choc chips, plus more to sprinkle

Method
1. Add all ingredients except the choc chips to a bowl and mix.
2. Pour into an oven-safe bowl and add choc chips to the top.
3. Bake at 180c for 30 mins.
4. Enjoy! This is also great made ahead and stored in the fridge until you are ready.
