Caramel Coconut Panna Cotta


  • 400ml Can Organic Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tsp Grass Fed Gelatine
  • ¼ Tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Scoops Salted Caramel Adrenal Switch

Products in this recipe


  1. Pour coconut milk into a saucepan, mix through gelatine and allow to sit for two minutes.
  2. Add vanilla and whisk over a medium heat until gelatine has dissolved (do not boil).
  3. Stir through Adrenal Switch then pour into serving dishes or glasses.
  4. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set.
