Caramel Coconut Panna Cotta
Ingredients
- 400ml Can Organic Coconut Milk
- 2 Tsp Grass Fed Gelatine
- ¼ Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Scoops Salted Caramel Adrenal Switch

Method
- Pour coconut milk into a saucepan, mix through gelatine and allow to sit for two minutes.
- Add vanilla and whisk over a medium heat until gelatine has dissolved (do not boil).
- Stir through Adrenal Switch then pour into serving dishes or glasses.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set.
