Choc Coco Overnight Oats

Choc Coco Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Oats Layer

½ cup oats

1 tsp chia seeds

2 tablespoon coconut shreds

½ cup almond milk

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 scoop choc Protein Switch or choc WPI Switch 

Coconut layer

⅓ cup yoghurt

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut

Choc layer

3 tbsp choc chips

1 tsp coconut oil

Method

1.    Mix the oat layer ingredients the night before and leave to set

2.    Mix the coconut layer and add to the freezer for 10 mins

3.    Melt the chocolate chips, pour over and add to the freezer for another 10 mins

4.    Crack open and enjoy!
