Fruity Chia Pudding
Healthy, refreshing, and easy! What more could you ask for in summer?
Ingredients
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup of light coconut milk
- 1-2 scoops of exotic fruit Vitality Switch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
1. Add all the ingredients into a jar (or shaker) and make sure you shake well!
2. Leave in the fridge overnight to set.
3. Serve in a jar or glass, and top with fruit, yoghurt, or granola
4. Easy, healthy summer treat! Enjoy.
