80g cream cheese
1 ½ tbsp sweetener
⅓ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ scoop rich chocolate Collagen Switch

1. Grease a ramekin and set it aside.
2. In a bowl add the cream cheese and soften in the microwave for 10-15 seconds
3. Add all other ingredients and mix until combined.
4. Pour into the greased ramekin
5. Microwave for 2 minutes in total. Start with 1 minute, then stop and restart in 30-second intervals.
6. Leave to cool for 15 minutes
7. Remove from the ramekin and serve
