Pan Fried Salmon

Ingredients
- Salmon Fillet
- Grass Fed Butter
- 1 Handful Washed Green Beans
- 1 Cup Washed Snow Peas
- 1 Handful Washed Asparagus
- Pinch Sea Salt
- Pinch Pepper
- Lemon Wedge
Method
- Put butter in pan and fry salmon skin down over a high heat until skin is crispy. Flip and cook for a further 30 seconds to 1 min.
- Place beans, peas and asparagus in a pan with butter and fry over a high heat until cooked.
- Season peas, beans and asparagus with salt and pepper and place on a plate with the salmon.
- Squeeze Lemon over the salmon and serve.
