3 Ingredient Brownies With 2 Ingredient Sauce

Ingredients

  • Brownies
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 scoops of WPI-95 (Milk Chocolate)
  • 2/3 cup of cacao powder
  • Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method

Brownies

  1. Blend the bananas until smooth 
  2. Add WPI-95 and cacao and blend again 
  3. Place into a muffin pan or baking dish
  4. Bake at 180c for 20-25 minutes

Sauce

  1. Microwave both the ingredients in a bowl for 30 seconds
  2. Mix well until smooth

  3. To serve: drizzle sauce over the brownie for a decadent protein packed treat!
