Birthday Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Switch  
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
  • Splash of your choice of milk
  • Sprinkles
  • Greek yoghurt for topping

Method

  1. Whisk egg white until loose, then add to a mug. 
  2. Stir through the rest of the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. 
  4. Turn out of mug and add Greek Yoghurt on top.
  5. Add sprinkles… it is a birthday after all! 
  6. Enjoy.
