Choc Mint Slice

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup dates
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 scoop Adrenal Switch – Choc Mint
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Our mixture into a lined brownie pan.
- Place in fridge to set the mix before cutting into slices. Enjoy!
