Coffee Protein Bar Ball

  1. Place bars, honey or maple syrup and Coffee Switch in a food processor and blend until combined
  2. Roll into balls
  3. In a microwave safe bowl melt coconut oil and chocolate together in 15 second intervals until melted. 
  4. Drop the balls into the chocolate using a fork
  5. Let the excess chocolate drip before placing on a baking tray lined with baking paper
  6. Let balls chill until chocolate is solid
