Coffee Protein Bar Ball
Ingredients
- 5 Snack Switch Bars
- 1 sachet of Coffee Switch of choice
- Maple syrup or honey to bind
- ½ cup sugar free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil

Method
- Place bars, honey or maple syrup and Coffee Switch in a food processor and blend until combined
- Roll into balls
- In a microwave safe bowl melt coconut oil and chocolate together in 15 second intervals until melted.
- Drop the balls into the chocolate using a fork
- Let the excess chocolate drip before placing on a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Let balls chill until chocolate is solid
