Collagen Weis Bar Slice
Ingredients
Base
- 1 scoop WPI-95 Switch (Vanilla Bean)
125 grams rolled oats
45 ml maple syrup
20 grams coconut oil melted
25 ml unsweetened almond milk
Ice Cream layer
- 3 scoops Collagen Switch (Mango Pineapple)
200 grams light cream cheese
400 ml can coconut cream
3 drops yellow food colouring
Topping
- Shredded coconut

Method
- Line a loaf tray with baking paper
- Blitz all base ingredients in food processor until combined
- Press evenly into loaf tray
- Blitz the ice cream ingredients in a food processor until smooth, pour over base layer
- Top with coconut and freeze
- Remove from freezer and allow to defrost a little before cutting into bars
