These mini cookies & cream cheesecakes are to die for! Delicious, simple, and ready in less than two hours. Your family, friends, and kids will adore these bite-sized treats.
- 4 scoops Adrenal Switch (Cookies & Cream)
- 175g cream cheese
- 2 tbs coconut oil - melted
- 14 Oreo biscuits

- Add – Oreos and two tbs of coconut oil melted into a blender for the base.
- Place base into four cupcake holders/mini cheesecake trays. Tap the base tightly to create a strong foundation. Place in the freezer.
- Mix 175g of cream cheese with 4 serves of the Cookies & Cream Adrenal Switch. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Place on top of the cookie base. Then leave it in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Take the cheesecake out of the tray carefully. Serve up with any desired topping.
