Dreamy Cookies & Cream Cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Adrenal Switch (Cookies & Cream) 
  • 175g cream cheese
  • 2 tbs coconut oil - melted
  • 14 Oreo biscuits

Method

  1. Add – Oreos and two tbs of coconut oil melted into a blender for the base.
  2. Place base into four cupcake holders/mini cheesecake trays. Tap the base tightly to create a strong foundation. Place in the freezer.
  3. Mix 175g of cream cheese with 4 serves of the Cookies & Cream Adrenal Switch. Mix thoroughly until smooth. 
  4. Place on top of the cookie base. Then leave it in the freezer for 1 hour. 
  5. Take the cheesecake out of the tray carefully. Serve up with any desired topping.
  6. Enjoy!
