Shaking it up with the iconic Aussie Lamington!

Heaps Good Lamington Shake



  • Ice
  • 1/2 frozen banana (or 1/4 cup of frozen cauliflower)
  • Switch WPI-95 (Vanilla Creme) flavour (you can also swap this for milk chocolate too!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 200mls of your choice of milk


  • Melted chocolate
  • Desiccated coconut

  1. Blend all the shake ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. For the glass rim: Melt the chocolate for 20-30 seconds on high in a microwave and mix until smooth. Dip the edge of the glass in the melted chocolate then dip the glass in the desiccated coconut, for a tasty treat.
  3. Add an extra sprinkle of coconut to the top of the shake and sip with a smile.
