- 1 scoop Protein Switch (Chocolate Sea Salt)
- 50g rice malt syrup
- 20g coconut oil (melted)
- 100g chocolate chips
- 80g Soy protein crisps (or rice bubbles)

- Mix the protein, coconut oil, rice malt syrup and protein switch through the soy protein crisps.
- Flatten the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Add melted chocolate to the top and free for at least 30 minutes to harden.
- Slice and enjoy!
