Roasted Tomato Collagen Soup


  • 500g cherry tomatoes
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • ½ tsp of mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups of stock
  • 1 scoop COLLAGEN Switch (Unflavoured)

Products in this recipe


  1. Add cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and mixed herbs to a baking pan and roast for 20 minutes on 190°c fan forced.

  2. Leave to cool for 10 minutes then add to a blender with ½ cup of stock and COLLAGEN and slowly blend until smooth (be careful when opening blenders with hot liquids).

  3. Enjoy with toasted pine nuts or check out our PROTEIN BAGEL recipe.
