Vegan Protein Waffles

Vegan Protein Waffles


  • 1 x medium banana
  • 1 ½ cups of your choice of plant milk
  • 1 cup of Protein Switch (we used peanut butter toffee, but vanilla or choc sea salt would work too!)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder

  1. Pre heat your waffle maker or lightly oil a silicon waffle oven mould
  2. Mash the banana until smooth, then add the milk and mix well
  3. Add all the dry ingredients and combine, the batter should still be quite thick
  4. Use around ½ cup of batter per waffle and cook as per the waffle makers instructions
  5. Tip: you can also bake this in bar shapes (add sliced banana to the top before baking for a grab and go breakfast)
