Vegan Protein Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 x medium banana
- 1 ½ cups of your choice of plant milk
- 1 cup of Protein Switch (we used peanut butter toffee, but vanilla or choc sea salt would work too!)
- 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder

Method
- Pre heat your waffle maker or lightly oil a silicon waffle oven mould
- Mash the banana until smooth, then add the milk and mix well
- Add all the dry ingredients and combine, the batter should still be quite thick
- Use around ½ cup of batter per waffle and cook as per the waffle makers instructions
- Tip: you can also bake this in bar shapes (add sliced banana to the top before baking for a grab and go breakfast)
