Green Mint Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

1 small Cucumber

1 Celery Stalk

½ Avocado

1 Cup Ice

½ Cup Water

1 Scoop Vitality Switch - Matcha Mint

1 Scoop Collagen Peptides (optional)

Handful Spinach Leaves

Sprig Fresh Mint

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and process until smooth.
  2. Add extra water if required to achieve desired thickness
  3. Serve topped with optional seeds, granola, cocao nibs or coconut flakes.
