RECIPE - DALGONA COFFEE THICKSHAKE

DALGONA COFFEE THICKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp boiling water

2 frozen bananas

1 tbsp almond butter

½ tsp cinnamon

Handful of ice

Water or milk

1 scoop Protein Switch – Vanilla Bean

2 sachets Coffee Switch - Naked Espresso

METHOD

  1. Add the coffee, sugar and water into a large bowl and whisk using an electric mixer until it is thick and fluffy, set aside.
  2. Blend the bananas, ice, cinnamon, almond butter with a small amount of milk (or water). Add more milk or water as needed to keep it nice and thick.
  3. Pour thickshake into glasses and scoop the dalgona coffee on top. Enjoy!
