Dalgona Coffee Thickshake
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Handful of ice
- Water or milk
- 1 scoop Protein Switch – Vanilla Bean
- 2 sachets Coffee Switch - Naked Espresso

Method
- Add the coffee, sugar and water into a large bowl and whisk using an electric mixer until it is thick and fluffy, set aside.
- Blend the bananas, ice, cinnamon, almond butter with a small amount of milk (or water). Add more milk or water as needed to keep it nice and thick.
- Pour thickshake into glasses and scoop the dalgona coffee on top. Enjoy!
