Peanut Butter Toffee Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Protein Switch Peanut Butter Toffee
- 6 Medjool Dates (pitted)
- 1/4 cup Rice Malt Syrup
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter (natural)
- 1 cup Roasted Peanuts (unsalted)
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt

Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, and continue until mixed well.
- Roll into balls, or press into a cake tin (up to you!).
- Place in fridge to set.
