Ingredients

-    1 tbsps. peanut butter

-    1 scoop of Adrenal Switch Salted Caramel

-    ¼ cup of chocolate chips

-    1 Apple

-    Mixed nuts and seeds

Method

1.    Start with your paste: Mix the Adrenal Switch Salted Caramel with the peanut butter. 

2.    Slice up your apple pieces, into cookie-looking bits. 

3.    Spread the paste on top of the sliced apple. 

4.    Sprinkle the chocolate, nuts, and seeds on top. 

5.    Enjoy!
