Choc Fudge Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Protein Switch Choc Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
- 2 tbsp Cashew Butter
- 8 pitted Dates
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/3 cup Shredded Coconut (optional)

Method
- Blend all ingredients well in a food processor.
- Roll into balls & coat with Shredded Coconut (if desired).
- Freeze to set & enjoy!
