- Mash Banana until almost smooth and mix with Almond Milk.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Lightly grease a mug/ramekin with a ¼ tsp Coconut Oil.
- Pour the batter into the mug and cook in the microwave on high for a minute and a half. Keep a close eye on it - if the mixture starts rising over the mug simply stop the microwave, and restart again.
