Peanut Butter Toffee Protein Mug Cake

Method

  1. Mash Banana until almost smooth and mix with Almond Milk.
  2. Add the remainder of the ingredients to the wet mixture.
  3. Lightly grease a mug/ramekin with a ¼ tsp Coconut Oil.
  4. Pour the batter into the mug and cook in the microwave on high for a minute and a half. Keep a close eye on it - if the mixture starts rising over the mug simply stop the microwave, and restart again.
