This is our take on the viral Hayley Bieber smoothie – packed full of skin-boosting goodness!
- 1 cup of your choice of milk
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup of frozen strawberries
- ¼ avocado
- 2 organic dates
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 scoop unflavoured collagen Switch
- 1 scoop vanilla protein switch
- 1 tablespoon coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon of our strawberry chia collagen jam.
1. Blend all ingredients except the coconut cream and Strawberry Chia Collagen Jam (our recipe). Blend well.
2. Once blended use the coconut cream and jam to decorate the inside of your class, to give it that marbled effect.
3. Top up gently with the smoothie.
4. Enjoy and feel the benefits!
Serves 1 - 2 smoothies.
