Lemon Ginger Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Cashews

¾ Cup Desiccated Coconut

½ Cup Macadamias

¼ Cup Hemp Seeds

1 Scoop Vitality Switch - Lemon Ginger

4 Medjool Dates

Rind of One Lemon

¼ Tsp Sea Salt

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Extra Desiccated Coconut for Rolling

METHOD

  1. Add first eight ingredients to a food processor or high-powered blender.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped and beginning to come together.
  3. Tip into a large bowl then stir through lemon juice and coconut oil.
  4. Shape into balls and roll in extra desiccated coconut.
  5. Freeze until firm.
