Tiramisu French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 Coffee Switch (Cafe Mocha)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 30ml milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ cup natural yoghurt

Method

  1. Mix all the wet ingredients (except the yoghurt) together (saving a dash of the coffee to mix with the yoghurt for a delicious drizzle)
  2. Soak bread in the mixture until absorbed
  3. Cook on a medium-high heat in a non-stick pan and flip once golden on the first side
  4. Mix the remaining coffee with the yoghurt to make a tiramisu crème
  5. To serve: Drizzle with tiramisu crème and banana!
